Wall Color and color of accessories?

I am buying a caramel (or camel tan) colored sofa. I already have a white chaise. I also have white bar stools. My home is small, cozy and open concept. I have darker kicthen cupboards and a darker maple hardwood floor (very warm color). How can I make this all work. I want to repaint the walls and add accent pillows, throws, etc. (I really love the black and white look, but a white sofa that I use everyday is not practical. I currently have black and white pillows on my chaise and wanted to re-upholster my kitchen table chairs black and white or no? Maybe anther color? Please help, I want to buy this sofa on the weekend, but I want to make sure I can work this out.
