Does time stand still at the center of a Black Hole?

This has to do with time dilation and since light can’t escape from a black hole, would it be correct to say that the velocity at the center of a black hole might be greater than the speed of light?

Not at the center of the black hole, but at the event horizon. A person falling into a black hole would see themselves as taking an eternity to pass the event horizon, and so (to them) they’d never get there because time stops for them.

An observer from the outside would see them cross the event horizon in an instant and never be able to know what happened to them next because our physics breaks down past the event horizon.

If you could somehow look at the event horizon of a black hole (impossible since light won’t reflect off it to show you what it looks like), you’d theoretically see everything that has ever fallen into it smeared into some bizarre timewarped infinitely thin layer. Physics can’t account for this in it’s current theories, nor can it predict conditions inside the event horizon.
