anybody know any way to clean a stainless steel and brass food chafer. one you would see on a buffet.?

i’ve pressure washed it any tried brass cleaning supplies but nothing seems to work. any suggestions?

My first question would be, what exactly are you trying to get off the surface of the container? Is it just burnt-on food, or something else? You need to find a solvent for whatever is stuck on it.
